How well are your websites or hosted applications protected (CRM, ERP, RMM, LOBs, Web-based services to clients, Private Cloud storage and chat/collaboration, Mail)? Do they contain data which by law (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, etc.) is entitled to special protection? Would the data still be readily accessible if the server went down?

Our clients' sites and applications are held in dedicated servers, hosted by large global data centers, to meet the uptime, bandwidth, processing power and RAM needs of modern applications. (For the same processing power and memory, dedicated physical servers are far less expensive than the virtual servers hosted by Google®, Amazon® or Microsoft® in their public clouds.)

The data managed by your sites and applications can be stored in the servers themselves or in encrypted Amazon® AWS or Azure® buckets that can be accessed from the apps themselves or via a cloud-client (for security and redundancy).

Traffic is encrypted using SSL certificates. Data is encrypted at rest.

The servers are protected by external hardware firewalls and by tools which monitor activity in real time, identify correlations between events, adopt ad hoc security measures instantaneously, log and send alerts, and apply patches automatically.*
